Role Description The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients via phone to promote consulting services, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls,



responding to inbound inquiries, explaining service offerings clearly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The role involves following up on leads, scheduling consultations for Business Consultants, handling basic customer support queries, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue and performance targets. The Telesales Executive will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and market insights with the broader team. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
