Position: Finance Consultant – Fixed-Term

Department: Finance / APAC Accounts

Engagement Period: Six months unless extended in writing or terminated earlier in accordance with the contract.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide fixed-term support to the Finance team in managing month-end closing activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, audit support and ad hoc finance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Prepare and review account reconciliations, schedules and supporting documentation.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and financial statements.

• Support preparation of notes and disclosures as required.

• Assist in identifying,



investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.

• Provide support for audit activities, including preparation of schedules, documentation and responses to audit queries.

• Support the Finance team in the closure of financial statements and other period-end requirements.

• Undertake ad hoc finance projects and assignments as required by the Finance team.

• Analyse financial data and provide relevant information/reports to support business requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary financial information and documentation.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of all assigned Finance deliverables.

• Provide additional support to the Finance team during peak periods or as required by business needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
