About this Role
We are seeking a Payroll Transformation Solution Owner to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise payroll solutions. You will be accountable for business outcomes, product backlog priorities, cross-market alignment and the effective implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of payroll transformation, from future-state process design and requirements definition through testing, cutover, go-live and early-life support. You will work across multiple markets, balancing global standards with local statutory and operational requirements, including those relevant to Germany, Portugal and South Africa
