Eligibility Criteria
• Employees with C02 or C03 job level only can apply for this IJP

• Any graduate degree.

• Flexibility with rotational and night shifts.

• Experience in preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Excellent English communication skills- both written and verbal.

• Positive knowledge in MS Office especially Excel

Role & Responsibilities:
• Perform quality audits and other work responsibilities.
• Address queries and concerns with supervisors.
• Document error trends to develop process Quality and improve overall performance. Provide support in creating and reviewing documented SOPs with operations.
• Detect, examine, and report fraudulent activities.
• Provide Necessary trainings based on operational requirements
• Help create corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) for error elimination or minimization.Provide necessary trainings based on the requirements
