We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our performance engineering team. This role provides an chance to lead projects and contribute to high-impact software solutions that are used by enterprises and users worldwide. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing performance strategies, evaluating and optimizing complex software systems, ensuring their reliability and maintainability,
and mentoring junior engineers.. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services.
Responsibilities: Performance Engineering: Identify performance requirements and risks early in the development lifecycle. Execute load and stress tests, interpret results, analyze performance bottlenecks, and work with the team to improve response times, throughput, and resource utilization.
Monitoring and Observability: Build and use monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting to understand service behavior. Define and review service health indicators, use telemetry to detect performance regressions, and make systems easier to diagnose in production.
Project Management: Be able to manage performance execution and delivery of features and projects, negotiating project priorities and deadlines, ensuring successful and timely completion, with quality.
