We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager.
In this role, you will:
• The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of Treasury products on behalf of several of our HSBC entities. The role supports end-to-end operations covering trade validation, confirmation, settlements, and investigations in adherence to the relevant currency funding and payment cut-offs.



Provide an excellent level of service and support taking ownership of issues where applicable.
• Provide a single point of contact for the satellite sites and enhance the operational relationship between entities, group offices and their customers. Continually evaluate existing controls, challenging current procedures and suggesting enhancements as appropriate.

• An individual contributor and supervisor supporting critical operations that include settlements, confirmation & post settlement within the department supporting FXMM product lines and initiatives. Supervises the daily operations ensuring that customers receive quality service through all channels of customer contact.
