The Commercial Sales Experiences (CSX) Engineering team transforms Microsoft’s commercial sales organization through AI-powered experiences that help sellers drive growth and deliver better customer outcomes. We build intelligent platforms and modern applications that bring useful information and actions into the flow of selling.

As a Software Engineer II, you will build and improve features for commercial seller experiences. You will implement and test code, participate in feature design, collaborate with engineers and product partners, and use customer feedback and service data to improve the software. You will work with AI-powered experiences, Dynamics 365 integrations, web applications, and Azure services while growing your skills in secure, reliable systems.

• Explore design options for assigned features, identify strengths and trade-offs, and provide feedback on proposed technical approaches.
