1. Load calculation, assessment of building characteristics, selection and equipment sizing for HVAC system.

2. Preparation of Specifications, Technical Datasheets, Requisitions for Quotation, Technical queries, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Drawings / Documents review.

3. Preparation of HVAC system - Ducting Layout Plan, Section & Typical details,

4. Ducting line list, Ducting penetration and Connection details.

5. HVAC MTO, D&ID;, Airflow diagram, E3D extracted HVAC arrangement drawing, typical installation details, shop drawings and as-built drawings.

6. Preparation of HVAC DRAIN - ISOMETRIC DRAWING, PIPING LAYOUT Drawing.

7. Detail design using E3D modelling shall carry out following typical activities.

a) Verify/Update HVAC equipment against Approved Vendor data.

b) Verify/Update duct routing, accessories as per Air flow diagram.

c) Perform clash check and resolve interfaces.

d) Space reservation of equipment.

e)



Chiller/refrigerant piping routing.

f) Duct/pipe supports.

8. Co-ordination with other disciplines for interface engineering

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

2. At least 10 - 12 years of experience in Design for Oil & Gas project.

3. Software knowledge E3D, Navis works, AutoCAD, MS office, etc.

4. Should have knowledge of HVAC related Codes & standards.

5. Experience in basic engineering and detail design of HVAC equipment, duct routing, accessories, etc.

6. Positive communication skills in English (written and oral)

7. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

8. Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative.

9. Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility
