Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Semantic Architect / BI Architect with strong experience in AtScale, Semantic Modeling, Tableau, and NLQ to design and maintain enterprise-wide semantic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain universal semantic models using AtScale.
• Develop semantic layers across enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
• Define and standardize business metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and calculated measures.
• Centralize business logic and ensure consistent metric definitions across the organization.
• Optimize semantic models to support Natural Language Query (NLQ) and AI-driven analytics.
• Structure data definitions and metadata to improve LLM-generated insights and text-to-SQL accuracy.
• Support Tableau reporting and analytics using governed semantic models.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable semantic solutions.
• Ensure semantic models are reusable, governed, business-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with AtScale
• Strong Semantic Modeling / Semantic Layer Development
• Experience with NLQ (Natural Language Query)
• Strong Tableau experience
• Experience in Metric / KPI Standardization
• Robust Enterprise Data Modeling / Data Architecture
• Good Stakeholder Management and communication skills
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery is preferred
• Knowledge of GenAI / LLM / Text-to-SQL is an advantage
