Responsibilities
This is a full-time hybrid internship role in Social Media Listening based in Mumbai. The intern will support the team in monitoring online posts, tagging data, maintaining trackers, and assisting with reporting activities.
• Monitor brand mentions across social media.
• Track conversations/posts related to clients and their brands
• Segment mentions based on sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
• Track key social media metrics
• Highlight any critical post or negative mentions in a timely manner
• Support creation of reports where needed
• Conduct manual checks to ensure no significant mentions are missed
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency in tagging
