About the Internship
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Non-IT Sales Interns to support lead handling, customer communication, sales follow-ups, and conversions. The intern will gain practical exposure to customer interaction and the complete sales process in a fast-growing service-based business.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead conversion and follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other chat platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant company services clearly.
• Generate and share quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Schedule services and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely and qualified communication.
• Assist the sales and marketing teams in campaigns and activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage multiple customer inquiries while working towards assigned sales/activity targets.
