Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dehradun. The Sales Specialist will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable building materials and solutions from Buildsy’s product range. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing and presenting quotations,



following up on leads, and closing sales to meet individual and team targets. The role involves coordinating with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, local marketing initiatives, and showroom activities to strengthen customer relationships and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with diverse customer groups.
• Proven Customer Service abilities in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales experience in retail, construction materials, or related industries, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
