Role Description The Tele Caller role at Urban Money is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Tele Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce Urban Money’s loan and mortgage solutions, and generate leads. Daily tasks include explaining product features, clarifying customer queries,
capturing accurate information, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups for the sales and advisory teams. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating CRM systems, and ensuring timely follow-up to convert prospects into successful applications. Tele Callers are expected to meet call and conversion targets while providing clear, courteous, and professional communication and adhering to internal processes and compliance guidelines.
