Role Description The Reservations & Revenue Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for managing room and event reservations, optimizing pricing and inventory across properties, and overseeing daily revenue reporting and analysis. The manager will coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate booking management, maximize occupancy, and maintain rate integrity across all distribution channels.



Day-to-day tasks include monitoring demand trends, updating rate plans, managing online travel agency (OTA) and direct booking platforms, and preparing revenue forecasts and performance summaries. The role also involves handling guest and partner communication related to reservations, resolving booking issues, and supporting management in strategic revenue decisions.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Revenue Management and Revenue Analysis skills to optimize pricing, inventory, and overall performance across multiple properties.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Reservations expertise, including booking processes, channel management, and reservation systems usage.
