Role Overview
We are looking for a Java Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to develop and maintain backend applications. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Create and optimize SQL queries.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement fixes.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Support application deployment and maintenance.
Required Qualifications
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Core Java, object-oriented programming, collections, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot,
Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
