Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will deliver engaging online sessions for grownup students and younger kids, focusing on pronunciation, phonics foundations, voice modulation, and confident speaking. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating interactive activities, tailoring instruction to varied age groups and proficiency levels,



and assessing learner progress. The expert will provide constructive feedback, maintain clear communication with learners and guardians when relevant, and continuously refine teaching strategies based on performance and engagement. This is a remote contract role, with scheduling designed around agreed session times and project requirements, requiring reliable online presence and professional conduct in virtual classrooms.
