Job Role-Social Media Marketing Trainee (Paid & Organic)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Support the development of monthly social media content calendars.
• Assist in writing engaging captions, social media posts, ad copies, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create platform-specific creatives, videos, and other digital content.
• Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions regularly.




• Assist in identifying current social media trends, relevant hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Conduct competitor research and analyse their social media strategies and performance.
• Support the setup and management of paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in setting up Meta Ads campaigns, ad sets, audiences, placements, budgets, and ads based on campaign objectives.
• Develop a basic understanding of Meta campaign objectives, including Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, and Sales.
• Assist in audience research and setup, including interest-based, custom, lookalike, retargeting, and other relevant audiences.
• Assist in conducting A/B testing of social media creatives, captions, audiences, placements, and ad formats.
