Konversa Global is looking for a senior, hands-on Social Media Manager to own our social presence across Language Training and Study Abroad. We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply keeping our pages active someone who can build the content strategy, shape our brand voice, manage execution and create a strong, relevant social presence.

Who we're looking forYou should have:

• 8+ years of experience in social media/brand content, with relevant education-sector experience
• Robust experience with Instagram and LinkedIn, including Reels, carousels, Stories and short-form video
• Experience creating content around student success stories, university/country guides, exam preparation, language learning, admissions and related education topics
• Ability to build content pillars and monthly calendars aligned with business and admissions goals
• Strong understanding of hooks, scripting, copywriting and content storytelling
• Ability to brief and coordinate with designers, video editors and internal teams
• Experience onboarding creators and influencers




• Understanding of social analytics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits and DM-generated leads
• Experience with community management and converting relevant DMs into leads

What you'll be responsible for

• Building and managing the social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Defining content pillars, positioning and audience direction
• Planning monthly content calendars around relevant admissions cycles, exam dates and business priorities
• Developing concepts, hooks, scripts and copy for Reels, carousels, Stories and short-form videos
• Developing content around student experiences, success stories, language learning, exams, countries, universities and admissions
• Briefing designers, editors and internal teams and ensuring quality of final content
• Managing publishing, comments and DMs
• Identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, creators and stude
