Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and conduct client meetings to present HIMS Production’s creative and marketing solutions.



Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align client requirements with agency capabilities, ensuring accurate scoping and timely delivery. The Sales Executive will also maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports, and support account management by nurturing long-term client relationships.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or agency/business development, preferably in creative services, marketing, media, or production.
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain creative and marketing solutions clearly to clients.
• Ability to build relationships, manage multiple accounts, and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
