Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations across one or more GrubHub India brands. The role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising service standards, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house workflows. The Restaurant Manager monitors customer feedback, addresses guest concerns promptly,



and drives initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve overseeing inventory and food & beverage quality, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety norms, and supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with leadership to meet revenue and cost targets, implement promotional activities, and maintain GrubHub India’s high standards of hospitality.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in team management, including Hiring, training, and performance supervision.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging guests, coordinating staff, and reporting to management.
