Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including Sales calls, client meetings, project presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure for premium residential construction projects. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the design and engineering teams to align proposals with client needs,



and monitoring market trends in the construction and real estate sectors. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing Architeca at client events, site visits, and industry networking activities.

• Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and closing techniques relevant to construction or real estate services.
