Role Description The Sales Specialist – Industrial Goods & Machines is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nashik HQ. This role involves identifying and engaging potential industrial sellers and buyers, presenting solutions tailored to their inventory and asset needs, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Sales Specialist will conduct site visits, gather detailed product and asset information, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close profitable deals.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, building long-term customer relationships, coordinating with internal operations and marketing teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also includes educating customers on the benefits of industrial re-commerce and providing feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with industrial clients and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated Sales experience in industrial goods, machinery, or related sectors, including prospecting and deal closure.
• Experience in Sales Management or handling key accounts, with the ability to track performance and meet sales targets.
