Role Description The Assistant Spa Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Somara Wellness in Hyderabad. This position supports daily spa operations, including supervising staff, overseeing appointment scheduling, and ensuring treatment rooms and common areas are prepared and maintained to brand standards. The role involves monitoring service quality, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and promoting a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
The Assistant Spa Manager also assists with managing inventory, supporting budgeting and revenue goals, and coordinating promotional activities in line with the spa’s lifestyle and wellness philosophy. Collaboration with the Spa Manager to implement policies, train team members, and uphold customer experience standards is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
