Role Description The Business Sales Development Trainee is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kunnathur, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow. In this position, the trainee will support lead generation, follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients, and assist in converting inquiries into course enrollments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, participating in sales calls and presentations,



and coordinating with training teams to understand program offerings. The trainee will also help prepare sales materials, gather market and competitor information, and contribute to customer relationship management to improve retention and referrals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective clients and learners clearly and professionally.
