At Avishkar AI, we are building technology specifically for medspas, aesthetic practices, and plastic surgery practices in the US.

We are looking for someone who is really good at finding the right conversations on Facebook and turning them into genuine business opportunities.

This is not a traditional social media management role.
You will be responsible for:
• Finding relevant Facebook groups where medspa owners, practice managers, and aesthetic business owners are active
• Identifying conversations around lead generation, missed calls, follow-up, appointment booking, no-shows, CRM, front desk operations, and growth
• Building relationships with group members without spamming or hard-selling
• Identifying potential prospects and starting relevant conversations
• Helping us understand what medspa owners are actually struggling with
• Testing different community-led outreach strategies
• Tracking conversations, prospects, responses, and qualified opportunities
• Working closely with our team to turn market insights into content and outreach

What we are looking for:




• Proven experience generating B2B leads through Facebook Groups
• Strong understanding of Facebook communities and how to engage without looking like a salesperson
• Excellent written English
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Ability to identify a genuine buying signal from a casual conversation
• Experience with US-based businesses is a solid plus
• Experience with medspa, aesthetics, healthcare, SaaS, or agency businesses is a bonus
