Role Description: The Tele Calling Executive internship role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about the company’s shipping and warehouse services, and respond to basic queries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating customer details in internal systems, and following up on leads to support the sales and operations teams.
The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to share customer feedback and ensuring polite, professional communication at all times. This internship offers practical exposure to logistics operations, customer interaction, and communication skills in a rapid-paced environment.
