Elegatra is a lighting & chandelier brand, and we’re looking for a Sales manahger to drive sales from our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Follow up with leads and showroom visitors to drive conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and interior designers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Experience in luxury, furniture, lighting, interiors, or premium retail is a plus.
