Senior Digital Account Manager (SEO/AEO & Paid Media)

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to own client relationships and run digital performance programs across organic search and paid media. You'll be the face of our digital practice for your clients, the one person they turn to for everything from strategy to campaign updates, so exceptional communication is at the heart of this role.
You'll turn client business goals into SEO, AEO, paid media plans and work with internal specialists to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities -

Client & Account Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients across all digital projects, including SEO, AEO, paid media, web and content, and be the single voice they rely on for updates, decisions and escalations
• Own day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a trusted digital advisor
• Understand client business goals, ICPs and pipeline priorities, and translate them into digital strategies
• Lead client calls,



monthly/quarterly business reviews and performance presentations
• Translate technical concepts and performance data into explicit, business-focused language for non-technical stakeholders
• Manage scopes, timelines, budgets and expectations, and proactively flag risks, delays or changes before they become issues
• Brief internal teams clearly and ensure client feedback is accurately reflected in execution
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

SEO & AEO

• Develop and oversee SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, content and off-page
• Drive AEO/GEO initiatives to improve brand visibility in AI-driven answer engines and generative search (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), including structured data, entity optimization and answer-focused content
• Guide keyword research, content roadmaps and topical authority planning with content and SEO teams
