Role Description This full-time remote Service Consultant role focuses on supporting customers who use Taxcart’s global tax engine. The Service Consultant will respond to customer inquiries, guide users through product features, and help troubleshoot tax calculation or integration issues. This role involves analyzing customer needs, recommending best-practice configurations, and partnering with internal teams to improve the customer experience. The Service Consultant will maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, monitor service quality,
and proactively follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements is also part of the daily responsibilities.
