• Handling walk-in inquiries and Supporting Customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep.
• Customer services and Orientation
• In-house Cross sell of canvas of products (Only inside Branch)
• Interest collection calling and informing need updated on callings to Existing Customers and Few Backend work at Branch
• 5. Prospecting, identifying recent leads and pitching to clients.
• Providing client service to existing customers
