About the Role
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Gurgaon showroom.
This role is ideal for professionals who are currently working in jewellery showrooms, diamond jewellery stores, bridal jewellery brands, or luxury boutiques, and who have hands-on experience serving customers on the shop floor and converting enquiries into sales.
You will guide customers through their entire purchase journey, helping them choose engagement rings, solitaires, and fine jewellery while delivering a warm, premium showroom experience.





Key Responsibilities
• Welcome walk-in customers and create a premium, personalized showroom experience.
• Understand customer needs, occasions, and budgets to recommend the right jewellery pieces.
• Present natural diamonds, engagement rings, solitaires, and wedding jewellery with confidence.
• Educate customers on diamond quality, design, and craftsmanship during consultations.
• Convert enquiries into sales through relationship-driven selling.
• Follow up with leads and appointments to maximize conversions.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat purchases and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and after-sales service.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
