We are looking for an experienced Medical Transportation Logistics & Business Development Specialist to help grow our transportation operations in the U.S. The ideal candidate should have experience with U.S.-based calling, shipper/client sourcing, carrier sourcing, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities• Shipper/Client Sourcing: Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, medical offices, insurance providers, and other potential transportation clients.
• Carrier Sourcing: Find, qualify, and onboard reliable transportation providers and carriers in different U.S. markets.
• Business Development: Generate new leads and establish long-term relationships with healthcare and transportation partners.
• U.S. Outbound Calling: Make skilled outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Lead Generation: Research prospects, build lead lists, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Rate & Service Coordination: Communicate transportation requirements, obtain rates, and coordinate with carriers to meet client needs.




• Carrier Verification: Collect and review required carrier/company information and ensure providers meet business requirements.
• Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with prospects, shippers, and carriers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Market Research: Identify new markets, facilities, transportation opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
• Reporting: Maintain daily activity reports covering calls, leads, prospects, carriers contacted, and conversions.

Requirements• Experience with U.S. outbound calling is required.
• Previous experience in medical transportation, NEMT, healthcare logistics, trucking/logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Strong experience in shipper/client sourcing and carrier sourcing.
• Excellent English communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Comfortable making a high vol
