Founding GTM Engineer – Outbound & Growth

We’re looking for a Founding GTM Engineer – Outbound & Growth to build our outbound and growth engine from the ground up.

This is a founding role, so we are looking for someone who is highly self-sufficient, hands-on, technical enough to build the systems, commercial enough to understand buyers, and creative enough to figure out what works.
You will not be handed a playbook. You will build it.

This is not a traditional marketing role, and it is not a traditional SDR role.

You will own the full journey: ICP → Data → Enrichment → Segmentation → Messaging → Email → LinkedIn → Automation → Campaigns → Conversations → Meetings → Pipeline

What You’ll Do

Build & Run Outbound CampaignsBuild and execute outbound campaigns targeting U.S. B2B companies
• Translate ICPs into specific accounts, industries, personas, and buying signals
• Build targeted TAMs and prospect lists




• Design multi-channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns independently
• Test new industries, segments, personas, messaging, offers, and channels
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable campaigns

Build the Data EngineSource and enrich accounts and contacts using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other data platforms
• Build enrichment waterfalls
• Research companies, technologies, organizational changes, hiring signals, intent signals, and other relevant triggers
• Validate emails and maintain clean, campaign-ready data
• Build segmentation and lead-scoring logic
• Find the right person, not just another contact
