B2B Digital Marketing + Technology/Staffing Industry + Lead Generation + Hands-on Execution + Measurable Results
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who understands how digital marketing contributes directly to B2B lead generation, business development, sales growth, and brand building.
This is not a role limited to social media posting or content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, measure, optimize, and continuously improve digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified business leads.
? Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute B2B digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, social media, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, GA4, Search Console, and website analytics.




• Develop strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and support Sales & Business Development initiatives.
• Create professional LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, email campaigns, case studies, and marketing collateral.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, capability decks, company profiles, brochures, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, keyword research, audience research, and campaign analysis.
• Track and report leads, MQLs/SQLs, conversions, CPL, engagement, website traffic, campaign ROI, and other key performance metrics.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, and leadership teams to convert marketing activities into qualified business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
