We're hiring an HR Intern - GOODSHOT, Delhi NCR (hybrid).
• ₹4,000/month stipend
• 3-month internship
• Hybrid - in office 2–3 times a month
• A real shot at extending this or going full-time, if you're sharp and dependable
What you'll actually do:
• Source and screen candidates for open roles across the team
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the team
• Run onboarding for new hires - access, intros, making day one feel organised
• Help keep team records and our policies up to date
• Support day-to-day coordination across the team
What we need from you:
• Organised - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
• Comfortable talking to people, not just processing paperwork
• Discreet and trustworthy - you'll be handling people's personal information
• Genuinely curious about how a small, quick-moving team actually runs
