Own the operational execution of customer onboarding, implementation, support coordination, and customer administration activities to ensure successful launch and steady-state operations for VisioGen customers. Based on the defined CISO operating model, the role focuses on onboarding execution, operational controls, customer setup, health monitoring, and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding from contract closure to go-live.
• Coordinate customer setup, portal access, chatbot deployment, lead-routing validation, and implementation activities.
• Maintain onboarding trackers, customer records, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate customer communications related to onboarding and support.
• Monitor support requests and drive resolution with Product, Engineering, Data, IT, and Customer Success teams.
• Execute Day 7, Day 15, and Day 30 customer health checks.
• Identify, track, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues.
• Prepare and complete customer handover to Customer Success.




• Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational controls, and service processes.

Success Measures
• Onboarding milestones delivered on time.
• Successful customer go-live without critical issues.
• SLA compliance for customer support requests.
• Accurate and up-to-date operational reporting.
• Timely escalation and closure of customer issues.
• Successful transition of customers to Customer Success ownership.

Experience
• 3–7 years in Customer Operations, Implementation, Service Delivery, Customer Support Operations, or SaaS Operations.
• Solid coordination, follow-through, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience working across Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams.
