Role Overview

MittiBliss is looking for experienced B2B sales professionals, distributors and market veterans who can help us expand our distribution network across India.

This is a commission-only, performance-driven opportunity for people who already have strong relationships with distributors, retailers, Ayurvedic stores, FMCG buyers, modern trade and other B2B decision-makers.

You bring the market.
MittiBliss brings the brand, products and platform.

You should be able to independently identify opportunities, approach buyers, negotiate, close business and build repeat orders.

What You’ll Do
- Develop B2B business across your strongest market
- Identify and approach distributors, retailers, Ayurvedic stores, supermarkets, modern trade and other B2B buyers
- Present and sell the MittiBliss portfolio
- Negotiate commercial terms and close orders
- Open new accounts and build distribution
- Generate repeat business from acquired accounts
- Manage your market independently




- Share buyer feedback and market intelligence
- Build long-term distributor and retailer relationships

Your market can be a city, state, region or specific trade network — wherever you have the strongest market grip.

What We Value

We are looking for market access, not just sales experience.

Strong candidates will have:
- Existing and active distributor / retailer / buyer relationships
- A proven ability to personally generate and close B2B business
- Strong market presence in a specific city, state, region or trade network
- Experience in FMCG, Ayurveda, Herbal, Wellness, Natural Products or related categories
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of a market
- A business-first mindset

We are particularly interested in people who can bring an existing network rather than build one from zero.
