Business Development and Sales Executive – Fitness Technology

Location: India – Remote
Engagement: Part-time contractor, approximately 10–15 hours per week
Compensation: Fixed monthly payment plus commission for converted customers
Product: WorkoutWire – Mobile Workout App and Trainer Management Portal
The successful candidate must have solid written and spoken English and be confident communicating with prospects worldwide through email, LinkedIn, telephone, video calls and live online product demonstrations.

About WorkoutWire
WorkoutWire is a fitness technology platform designed to help personal trainers, online coaches and small fitness studios manage their clients more efficiently.
Our trainer portal enables fitness professionals to create and assign workout programs, manage clients and monitor their progress. Clients can access workouts, exercise videos, progress tracking and other fitness tools through the WorkoutWire mobile app.




We are preparing to grow our global trainer and studio customer base and are looking for a proactive Business Development and Sales Executive to support customer acquisition.

About the role
You will identify and approach independent personal trainers, online fitness coaches, boutique gyms and small fitness studios in selected international markets.
You will introduce WorkoutWire, understand each prospect’s challenges, conduct live product demonstrations and guide qualified prospects through registration, trial, onboarding and subscription.
This is a hands-on role covering the complete early-stage sales process—from prospect research and outreach to demonstrations, follow-up and customer conversion.

Key responsibilities
• Identify qualified personal trainers, online coaches, gym owners and boutique fitness studios in different countries.
• Build accurate prospect lists using LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps, industry directories, networking groups and fitness communities.
• Research each prospect and use personalised outreach rath
