We’re thrilled to open an opportunity for a People Services Senior Specialist, you will report to our People Services Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employee and HR professionals experience.

Job Responsibilities
How you will contribute…
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
• Operations
You will be the subject matter expert and independently drive scalable day to day operations in key areas below while ensuring business continuity, continuous
improvements, service levels are met, process documentation is up-to-date, successfully de-escalate problems and managing vendors’ performance:
• Employee Lifecycle Events You will be responsible for managing end to end processes for background checks, pre-onboarding, probation confirmation, offboarding and temporary contracts.
• Data Management You will update employees’ profiles timely and accurately.
• Document Management You will generate employment related letters (i.e. employment contract, onboarding forms, probation confirmatio
