Role Description
We are hiring a Regional Sales & Growth Partner to develop XOLT sales within an assigned region.
This is not a conventional fixed-salary sales role.

The role is currently commission-based, with compensation of:
15% of the sales value generated.





You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of building commercial relationships in your region.
Your focus will be on:
• distributors
• wholesalers
• retailers
• nutrition and supplement stores
• gyms and fitness businesses
• sports academies
• resellers
• institutional buyers
• other relevant B2B opportunities

What You Will Do:
You will:
• identify and approach potential customers and channel partners
• convert inbound sales enquiries
• generate outbound opportunities
• pitch XOLT and close paid orders
• follow up consistently
• develop repeat business
• build solid regional relationships
• share market feedback on pricing, competition and demand
• help create a repeatable regional sales engine
