About Scapia

We care deeply about how our customers experience Scapia every day, and this role puts you at the heart of that: talking to customers, helping them get the most out of Scapia, and bringing what you learn back to the team.
What you'll do
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and help them get full value from Scapia.
• Guide customers through the product, help them discover relevant offers and benefits, and support them in completing their first booking or transaction.
• Capture customer feedback and insights, share them with the product and growth teams, and track follow-ups through to resolution.
• Build trusted relationships with customers so that every interaction leaves them feeling heard and helped.
What we're looking for
• You genuinely enjoy talking to people and understanding what makes them tick.
• Robust communication, organisation, and empathy.
• Comfort with basic tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Graduates and postgraduates are both welcome.

Role details
This is a 3-month internship with a 5-day working week: three weekdays from the office and Saturday and Sunday from home, with two weekdays off.
