You’ll get exposure to US B2B sales, prospecting, client conversations, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and account management, with mentorship from experienced sales professionals.

Your potential journey:
US Sales Bootcamp → Jr. ISA → ISA Level 1
• Career Pathway — Strong performers will be offered a position with Fresh Prints as a Jr. Inside Sales Associate and progress to an Inside Sales Associate.
• 4% Uncapped Commission for Junior ISA — Earn an average of ~$350/month

What Happens Next?
After the bootcamp, robust performers will be offered to join Fresh Prints as a Junior Inside Sales Associate (Jr. ISA).
As a Jr. ISA, you’ll:
• Work with U.S. clients and gain real-world sales experience
• Earn 4% uncapped commission on every sale (an average of ~$350/month)
• Build the skills and experience needed to grow into a full-time sales role
• Health insurance + mental health benefits
