Load G/-code and M/-code programs into CNC controllers, review code for sequence correctness, and perform dry runs and single/-block executions. Conduct First Article Inspection FAI on trial parts using precision measuring instruments CMM, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators to confirm component dimensions against technical drawings.



Fine/-tune cutting speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and coordinate offsets to optimize cycle times, surface finish, and tool life. Troubleshoot setup and dimensional issues during production handoffs, train operators on machine monitoring, and ensure compliance with shop safety policies and 5S standards.
