Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and understanding geometric tolerances. Hands/-on experience with precision measuring tools vernier calipers, outside/inside micrometers, dial indicators. Basic understanding of G/-code and M/-code structure for basic offset adjustments. Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, spatial awareness, and solid mechanical aptitude.
