As a Senior Associate - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Front Office Strategy – Service Strategy you will help shape service strategy, service process design, platform evaluation, change enablement, and market analysis for enterprise clients within our Strategy Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex challenges, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to develop clear recommendations as you navigate ambiguity and strengthen your personal brand. • Analyzing client service strategy challenges and translating findings into actionable workstream plans
• Mapping current and future service processes to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and operating model improvement
