What you'll do?
● Define Creative Vision & Strategy: Set the creative direction for projects to align with business goals and brand identity.
● Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative projects.
● Concept Development: Develop creative concepts from idea to execution, including Key Visuals, campaign creatives, and motion graphics.
● Drive AI-Powered Workflows: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe tools, Design Agents within Claude etc.) into the creative process to accelerate ideation, concepting,



and production without compromising quality.
● Quality Control: Review and ensure all creative outputs meet high standards and brand guidelines.
● Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
● Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and tools—including emerging AI design tools—to bring fresh ideas to the creative process.
● Active Availability: This is a 3-month freelance engagement and requires active availability on a day-to-day basis throughout the engagement period, based on project requirements.
● Potential Full-Time Prospect: The initial engagement will be for 3 months. Based on performance, business requirements, and mutual fit, there may be an opportunity to convert the engagement into a full-time role after the 3-month period.
