Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our product portfolio, including Fiber, Films, Adhesive Tapes, and Plastering Products.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to develop new markets and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Fiber, Films, Adhesive Tapes, and Plastering Products.
• Identify new customers, markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, references, and customer visits.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Finance, and other departments for smooth order execution.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, MIS, and regular updates for management.
• Travel for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion as required.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B/Product Sales or Business Development.
