- We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively engaging in technical discussions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership—not pure project management and not pure architecture.n

nKey Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams (primarily Salesforce ecosystem)n
- Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teamsn
- Drive delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomesn
- Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teamsn
- Participate in technical discussions, validate solutions, and challenge design decisionsn
- Guide teams on best practices and standards (Coding, DevOps, release management, security, scalability)n
- Ensure team productivity, engagement,
and performance managementn

nMust-Have Skills

- Strong technical foundation (preferably from development or engineering background)n
- Must demonstrate a commitment to staying technically relevantn
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and deliveryn
