Position Summary

This role is part of the USI Learning Delivery team. This is a client and stakeholder management position which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diversified group of internal clients at all levels.
Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist on the USI Learning Delivery team, you will be responsible for:
• Plan and coordinate learning program delivery for USI Talent Learning and Development teams across Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting, and Enabling Areas.
• Manage stakeholder communications through periodic connects, expectation setting, SLA discussions, and delivery updates.
• Support end-to-end program delivery activities, including reporting, dashboard preparation, process documentation, and quality checks.
• Evaluate process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and identify solutions to improve delivery effectiveness.




• Collaborate with internal teams and authorized external vendors to support learning session execution.

The team
The USI Learning Delivery team supports the planning and execution of learning programs across Deloitte business areas. The team works closely with stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage communications, track timelines, and maintain quality across learning operations. This team also helps drive process consistency, reporting, and continuous improvement to enable effective learning experiences.
Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
• 3-5 years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, stakeholder management, or process support
• Experience planning and delivering learning programs for internal stakeholders
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, executive summaries, or program metrics
• Proficiency in
