Job Responsibility:
Ecom-B2B Financial Operations
• Prepare the inward and outward tracker.
• Prepare the price debit note tracker.
• Forward unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the channel head for resolution.
• Handle credit note workings.
• Generate payment advice.
• Clear customer account line items.
• Reconcile receivables with respective chain accounts.




• Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.
• Consolidate primary billing.
• Prepare debtor ageing.
• Follow up on receivables

Ecom-B2C Operations
• Prepare the order-wise receivable tracker.
• Create payment advice for accounting purposes.
• Escalate unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the sales team for resolution.
• Validate commission workings and enable invoice accounting.
• Manage SPF claim raising.
• Develop the SPF tracker.
• Verify SPF updates in SAP.
• Follow up on receivables.
• Prepare reconciliations.
• Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.

Work Experience
Education: BCom/BBA/MBA
Total Experience: 3+ years
Domain Expertise: E-commerce reconciliations and accounts receivable experience
